The Job purpose:- you will be responsible for employing qualified persons while maintaining a positive candidate experience by determining the sources, reaching out to possible candidates for the currently open jobs, and coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish.Responsibilities and tasks:- Preparing recruitment plans and reports quarterly and annually - Creating and publishing job ads in different gates- Communicating with potential employees through professional groups on social media and during events- Cooperating with employment managers to set qualification criteria for future employees- Contacting people on the initial stages to create brief lists of qualified candidatesinterviewing candidates for a wide range of roles (beginner, large, and executive)- Tracking employment measures, including employment time, full-time, and employment source- Designing, distributing, and measuring the results of the candidate experience questionnaires- Training employees and advising them on interviewing techniques and evaluation methods- Hosting and participating in work fairs- Following up with the candidates throughout the recruitment process- Maintaining a database for potential candidates for vacancies in the future
