- We are currently seeking a talented Pre-sales Engineer to join our team.- As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to support business development activities by providing technical expertise in audiovisual (AV) systems design and integration. - Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.- Lead discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and requirements.- Assist with tender submissions and define the BOQ relevant to the requirements.- Design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements and align with our company's and product capabilities.- Prepare and present technical proposals and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.- Work with the product team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet customer requirements.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.- Provide technical support to clients during the installation and post-sales process.- Provide product training to both End-Users and channel partners.- Keep up to date with the latest AV technology and trends in the industry.- Regular customer/partner visits.
